Wellness To Gather is a coaching practice with a holistic and personalized approach to lifestyle and change. I am hopeful to make changes in people’s lives that create ease and satisfaction, that are more internal and long-lasting vs a quick fix or a pretty object.
I am a health and lifestyle coach with over 20 years of experience. I have walked the walk through raising my own children, relationships, eating well, moving our bodies outside, and being curious about people in our immediate worlds. This is the recipe for success. Through my coaching practice, I work to create a customized plan for each client. My holistic wellness style is a blend of in-person interactions, personalized coaching plans, with supporting materials like digital recipes, and yoga sequences.

Wellness To Gather is a place for people to show up, see themselves as they are, and ask bigger questions of themselves. Am I happy? Do I feel good about how I am relating to myself and others? How can I grow and change as an adult, stay curious about myself, and the world around me?

With a passion for health, I build a nuanced and multiphase roadmap for clients to incorporate these new habits into a sustainable and actionable plan.

The Personal 3 Package
Clients can expect a personalized 3-month long program with 6 coaching sessions for $600.
Includes holistic lifestyle coaching, diet recommendations, with a focus on longevity and joy. Includes 2x follow-up maintenance check-in’s after the program has been completed. Designed for clients navigating through midlife and the lifestyle challenges, hormone changes, and shifting relationships as we age.

GREEN KITCHEN TRAVELS
This is a great cookbook and full of fun, inspiring plant based recipes for the family. I love the theme of traveling the world with your family and making a cookbook while doing it.

MY NEW ROOTS
Sarah Britton is a beautiful chef and really understands the importances of eating a plant based diet. Her recipes are fun and tasteful and an always go to in our kitchen. The Salt N’ Pepper Chocolate Chip Cookies are a weekly staple in our cookie Jar;)

NEAR & FAR
I actually have not cooked a ton from this book, but I do look at it regularly. Heidi Swanson is one of my favorite food bloggers, and she has been doing it forever with 101Cookbooks. Her photography and fun video clips are just gorgeous. Check it out 101cookbooks.com
